Hardwood floors soothing sea green coloured walls and antique furniture make this room elegant, airy and warm all at the same time. An open sitting area is ideal for a nightcap or morning cup of tea. A private full bathroom has two sinks for convenience and also has an air jet tub ideal for soothing soak at the end of the day.

| DEN: This is the original master bedroom of the Fox family which is the entire south wing of the original home. A queen sized bed is located in this tastefully decorated room. To compliment your stay at Hill N' Dale Bed and Breakfast this room has an adjoining sitting room for television or reading pleasure. The sofa also doubles as a pull out sofa for the convenience of guests. A private 4 piece bath including an air jet tub completes this room. Hill N' Dale's Den is a warm and relaxing haven with a comfortable bed, exquisite bathroom and practical sitting room for you to enjoy. |

| THE LOOKOUT: This room takes the whole upstairs of the house. In one area it has a queen sized oak bed and other accessories, including a television. Guests that stay in the Lookout also have a private balcony which overlooks the gardens, swimming pool and tree filled property. Enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine at night on this quaint patio. Before entering the bedroom area you will find a comfortable sitting area consisting of an elegant white settee and chairs perfect for sitting and relaxing. There's also a games table so your family can enjoy a game of cards. Anyone that likes bathrooms will love this one, and you'll get all to yourself.It is a specious and modern bathroom which contains a new soaker tub that sits in the middle of the room. It also has a full shower with jets, there is no reason not to be refreshed and relaxed if you stay in this room and enjoy all of its amenities. |
